Used this facility when moving college daughter from her apartment in Santa Barbara to Davis- for the two months she was home over summer break in NY. Found this place online long distance; called, they were great over the phone. One of the few places near UCDavis that would store a small SUV in a storage unit. Arrived, welcomed with a smile and warm greeting, and offered cold drinks. The girl at the desk was nothing but professional, answering all my questions and concerns, and after hearing everything, offered us a more suitable unit for my daughters car and her belongings than the one I was originally looking at... at a lower price AND on sale. Wow! Spectacular customer service and no unnecessary up-sells. Just went yesterday to unload unit- car is in pristine shape, safely tucked in unit, entire property is spotless clean, climate inside unit on 101 degree day was surprisingly moderately comfortable and all belongings exactly as we left it two months earlier. As we were poking through the unit I saw office staff coming out to check on us and retreated once I gave him the were good wave. Fabulous, yet again. Highly recommend!!! Two thumbs up and five stars! As business owners ourselves, this was a fabulous experience all around- and I am hyper critical. Withheld review until rental completion. Thank you pioneer for making a stressful task a great and easy experience. Keep up the good work. I was not asked to write this review nor given anything in return for it. Just super impressed. :)
