Personnel were very courteous and helpful in providing a 10' x 10' space to meet our storage needs. The facility is clean and easy to navigate with adequate space in elevators to accommodate large, heavily loaded carts. The cost was 30% per month less than a previous unit in the West San Fernando Valley.

My experience was all positive, from researching different storages, to getting questions answered by Cindy and getting the right unit and the right rental truck to move my things from West LA to Van Nuys. Thank you Karina and Cindy. Clean, well kept units, professional, friendly staff and a great value for my money. Couldn't ask for more!

The service in this particular place is above average the personnel is friendly and professional the place is very clean this is an initial experience but we'll see how it goes the price is competitive and the location is convenient. they have surveillance in the hallways and each unit has it's own alarm system but there is no guarantee someone can't break in due to the fact that anyone could just walk in without a security access pin. but so far so good.

Clean & Friendly Staff but I Had to move 2 times because the first 10'X10' Unit had a broken roll down door that went off track, but was not safe or secure and management would not fix it or replace it. so I had to move everything I moved onto the 4th floor 2 times...!:-( They did give me another unit at the same price and helped me change all the paperwork fast in the office.

Typical bait and switch scam I responded to an online reservation for a 10 x 14 $125 (I took the bait) which I thought was too good to be true. Turns out, it was because I get a call a few minutes later claiming that the unit was not available how everThey had a smaller unit at a slightly higher rate. I came in to see what alternate deal they had. When I get there they say the 10 x 14 unit is actually available I would have to sign the paperwork for $210 per month.So, they made me sign paperwork for $15 and buy a lock that only works with their units for another $18. They assured me they would give me the 10 x 14 for $125 however on the contract Showed the price was listed at $210, the rep assured me that They would honor the $125 price, subject to manager approval. I wait a few days. nothing. until I receive an email containing an invoice for $210 due immediately. Screw that, I took my business elsewhere.Lesson learned it couldve been worse I guess

If I could leave a 0 rating I would do exactly that! Other storage facilities charge $20-30 less a month than this one. The most ignorant and bone-headed staff works here, including customer service agents. Went there on Saturday, 10 minutes before closing just to grab some things real quick. Couldnt leave on time because of a flat tire - they have 100 cameras there that can prove that!! While changing a tire the main gate closed. Ok, called customer service number - no one is answering!!! Had to call several times before an ignorant and annoyed agent responded. After hearing about my situation - they just handed up on me! I couldnt believe that!!! Called them again several times. Finally someone said they will send a manager but didnt know when, could take a night. Told them I will call the police if they dont let me out. The agent basically said Go and screw yourself!. Ok, cool, called the police. Around 8pm the manager showed up and unlocked the gate. Next month they charged me $50 fee for overstaying after 7pm! Common logic doesnt work here with these people, only company policies are that matter!!! Flat tire doesnt count!! You guys are the worst what I have seen!!! Should have called a lawyer on you!! I am going with this complaint all the way up to the company management, online reviews, California Department of Consumer Affairs, LA County Department of Consumer Affairs, BBB, and other relevant agencies!!
