Staff is nice and friendly .Everyone wants to slide by a little , i had been charged 5.00 extra dollars for moving a dolly. I didn't know but hey after arguing my side bottom line is its U--HAULS RULES THEY ARENT GOING TO PAY FOR MY NOT KNOWING.I SHOULD OF READ THE PAPERWORK . All in all they are good people especially Amy. She might seem alittle fough but shes a great person .

Mark is an amazing employee, he went above and beyond for us to get a space. He's very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and he explained everything in detailed for us.

I have rented a unit from h&m on two different occassions and have never had any issues with any of the staff members or the units and they seem to be the best rates in town. Also very flexible and willing to work with us on when u are unable to make ur rent on time they also now have a online portal for customers that have units already that makes it even better

This storage place is one of the best ones I have used I have my trailer and a 12 X 5 unit and it cost me $20 more than it did for just a 15 X 5 unit at the other place I had so to have both my trailer and a unit at the same place is great because there are times when I need to go to both in the someday and to be able to is a time saved and a fuel saver not to mention ALOT MORE CONVENIENT also the manager is great and the employee is also great I would recommend this place 5 stars and hands down

Very nice workers, the clerk behind the desk. She was very fast and efficient. Got us out and own our way in no time at all. I would give them 4.5 stars but I was not there for the return portion. Love how she decorated the office
