Scott and Victoria are helpful and professional and friendly staff. I recomend this place to all my friends and family. I feel very safe and secured about having my property here with them. They always go above and beyond to make sure that customers are taken care of.

Same as everyone else with the dead mice and damaged belongings inside the storage units. The manager said that they never had this type of problem before. They do not offer any kind of help nor even use of their garage cans to throw away the damaged belongings l.

If you want dead mice, mice droppings and the worst customer service you can think of, this is the place for you!!!!!!!!! After three years as a loyal,paying customer, I was greeted by an infestation of mice in my unit. When I confronted the manager, her answer was shocking! She was well aware of the mice as they had just evicted someone who was living in the unit. When I asked why I wasn't made aware her answer was, " Well, we don't want to lose business "! Are you kidding me!?! The district manager was just as useless, stating it's against their policy to notify renters of rodents. Needles to say, I gave notice and left.

I've had storage here for many years and tolerated them only because it is such a hassle to move stuff. I've finally reached the boiling point with their stupidity. They raise the rates ever year and every few years ask for proof of insurance. Insurance was NOT in my original contract. I would give them a copy of my homeowners insurance. Mortgage companies require this, it doesn't go away. On 2/9/18, Scott the manager sent me an email saying my insurance certificate had expired and they needed a new one by 2/15/18....6 days.... with no prior notice! I had sent them one in 9/17. He also said I need to sign a new contract by end of the month. For the First Time Ever, I was told proof of insurance is required every year, or they add on $10 insurance each month. What a scam. Public Storage hasn't asked my friend for this, and Lock it Up storage hasn't asked another friend for this. He also said, I need to give 30 days notice to move out. Huh? Public storage asks for 2 days notice. Several years ago, my locker was broken into. CSS did nothing and their security is no better than it was before. I was lucky my stuff was just thrown around, the unit across from mine lost several thousand dollars of tools and equipment. This must be a terrible company to work for, they've have a new manager every few months.
