“Used this place for a number of years, in two different spaces. The place is clean, and easy to use. lots of large trolleys for moving stuff around, with large elevators. People are nice, friendly and helpful. Great experience all around!.”

“The team at City Storage of San Francisco on Indiana St. are a great example of what customer service is all about. They are always professional, courteous and willing to help where ever they can. The facility is clean, easy to work through and the available dollies, truck beds, and cardboard recycling for their customers far exceeds my expectations of a storage facility. 5 stars all around!.”

“This is an amazing facility. Not only do they have parking available to access the units, but it is well maintained. I have stored at different facilities over the years and this one is by far one of the top storages. If you are looking for a storage that is clean with friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is the place for you. The prices are very reasonable and competitive. Michelle was super friendly and answered all of my questions. There were two guys in the office with her, I believe their names were Tim and Kevin. They were all so friendly and even gave me some recommendations on places to visit and eat..”
