The upstairs with Air conditioning was a relief on a hot day. The customer service was upsetting to say the least. I couldn't put my gate down for any reason and they rude when I asked for safety reasons since I was all the way in the back on top floor and usually there were mostly men or men in groups in that area. They say they have cameras yet do not use them for the right reasons. And his forbid they get interrupted while "watching" them.

Storage Outlet in Fullerton. I'm impressed with the way these two managers run the facility. They're always out on the property and making sure everything is clean. courteous to the customers kind and courteous to all the customers here and trying to keep it safe. So yesterday I walked into the storage place on Raymond Ave i share a space with my friend. I just want to give a shout to the manager Paul letting you all know how friendly he is when he was checking the facility he always greets me with such politeness ask if there's anything I need and just making such that everything is safe.

Great storage facility, the managers here are absolutely the best. I recently had fraud on my debit card and forget to change out my information. I got a phone call as a quick reminder that I needed to adjust my payment method. Loraine was super helpful in processing my payment and getting my account current. Thanks guys, keep doing a great job!
