I had went to this location three times during the afternoon hours on weekdays. I finally was able to speak to someone, and not have the door locked with a sign stating Manager on Duty. I ask you; where was the the Manager during my first two visits.

Murrieta Mini Storage is no longer a family owned business and the results are evident that profit overrides service as a business approach. Prior to the change in ownership, I was a customer of Murrieta Mini Storage for over 10 years. I do not recommend using Murrieta Mini Storage because of the change in ownership. Poor service and poor leaders are managing the business. There is no customer focus and the facility is poorly maintained.

I have had to throw away a lot of my stuff due to rats getting in....and sad that some of my daughters projects that were Christmas gifts to me were chewed through by the rats

Laura was rushed and unwelcoming. The gate code didnt work , wasnt givem the right unit number and it had a lock on it so I couldnt store my things upon the day I rented.
