Staff is very friendly and the complex is clean and nice. It looks to be well maintained. I assume the prices are average for a storage complex like this. Features include gated controls, individual alarms on each unit. Very tall ceilings in every unit.

Office is always nice and helpful, I love that you can come in whenever you want during open hours. They are very caring people there. I would recommend this storage to anyone.

The storage is very clean and the area very safe. The customer service is amazing, very friendly and I mean Karen, she took good care of us and helped us a lot with what we exactly needed. I definitely recommend it

It's a wonderful place to store your valuables and personal items very secure well-maintained clean very friendly. I have had my stuff stored there since I move into Dixon I moved from San Francisco and I just have too many things to store in my house so I kept the storage unit for a little bit over 4 years they have been great,helpful and very patient and well protective of the facility like if it was there house they even have warm cookies

I've had my storage for 3 years and I finally upgraded to a bigger storage. It was easy to do, property manager gives you a fair amount of time to switch. Staff are super nice and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. Very safe and secure. They're on point and their security. As long as you are not a problem you may come in whenever necessary. If you have problems with paying, she works with you. You just have to explain your situation. Overall Atkinson is the best storage I've had. I've had others and not only their cleanliness, but customer service, friendliness, response time and availability is GREAT! PRICING IS AFFORDABLE TOO!!!! Thank you Atkinson Self Storage!!! :)
