iStorage is a great facility. Even the bathrooms were clean. Very professional, polite, and courteous. They deserve every star that was given to them.

Liked that I got an instant call after making the reservation through the call center. Was highly disappointed with the call center rep. She falsely promised me unit that I did not request. I was naive to sign the paperwork before seeing the unit. So now I'm paying for a larger unit that I honestly don't want but I already paid so I'm stuck. Customer service on site was immaculate and I thank you for understanding my frustration and giving me another unit, even though I'm paying more for the. unit I already have. I guess I'll make the best of it.

Great customer service and the facility is always clean. I have been with many storage place and this one is the best by far. I would recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family.

WOW! This place was super amazing. I felt the gentleman that helped us had my families best interest in mind. He helped us find the right storage unit for what we needed. I would refer anyone looking for storage and/or a UHAUL truck see what they have available. You wont regret it.

The staff was amazing and worked with us to fit our needs and getting us the best price possible. We were really in a bind and had we not come to this facility, we may have had to throw away a lot of our valuable belongings. I would recommend this facility to everyone. The security is legit and the people who work here are sincere and compassionate to those in need!

The office staff here is less than helpful seems like nobody in this company cares from managers to corporate. 1 month after moving in my and several other units were broken into and my stuff was stolen. After filing police reports and claims with their in house "insurance" Dept to make a claim for only 1/4 of what was taken (because they mandatory insurance has horrible coverage) besides my identity being stolen. And nobody can tell me where my claim is or when to expect a check. I call all the time and the answer I get I "I don't know" and that's it. These people are sketchy from top to bottom do not spend a single penny here they do not deserve it !! That was in May here it is Sept. And still nothing

Didn't end up renting a storage from here because the lady I was working with would not be up front about anything and was borderline dishonest. She demanded my credit card and when I asked the amount she would charge, she explains she will explain it to me in a minute. After the card was charged she then explains she added a $25 administration fee (she never told me about) and then she charged me for a "full month" when I asked what day that was, it turns out it was for only 2 weeks. On top of everything else, the lady I was working with refused to take accountability or apologize and guaranteed I wouldn't find anything comparable. Went to public storage, $50, everything was included (the administration fee, the insurance, the rent rate) and it was for a full 30 days. I wasted almost an hour here.... save your time and look elsewhere

I am very dissatisfied with my recent storage experience. My property was damaged during it's time in storage. The necessary forms have been submitted however I have not had any response to the 2 emails I have sent to the claims department, corporate office. I have also left a voicemail that remains unresponded to. I utilized this facility due to the the high review which makes the experience that much worst. As far as customer service it was good until dealing with the damaged goods. Jesse's service was less then what I had experienced the months prior to the damage. I do not know if this was because he was no longer happy working at istorage and planning on leaving as reported by his Co worker the day prior or what. Needless to say I am not happy with istorage or it's service. I highly recommend that you look into other storage facilities for your belongings to ensure them being in the same repair as when you store them and to have a good customer experience, in the event something happens to them. I think the biggest disappointment is losing your belongings to damage in a unit you have paid for months and then have rude service and unresponsive people after the fact. My advice just find somewhere else for your storage needs.

After having to deal with the staff. I would not recommend them in the future. It took them a week to call me back about a different lock being on my unit. It's not the fact you had to "double secure the unit" it's the fact it took you guys an hour to respond to the unit. And never respond to my phone calls I left almost 5 days ago. Hey man after I hand you 250 bucks and I don't being up the lack of care from you. You try to throw it in my face agony make it my issue. I'm so glad you had to bring up a problem you guys had. This isn't on me. You guys took to long to cut your own lock off of mthe unit to make it my fault. If you are open then you should be able to respond to a simple request. Customer service needs a lot of help sir.
