Great staff. As long as you obey the rules you will have a great experience. I have seen management enforce the rules and when you deal with scum you have to be tough.

I think alot of the negative reviews are B.S. I have rented there for at least 10yrs! (Maybe more) I know Cheryl and have talked to her many times (every month) I think she's very helpful, and polite! I just wouldn't rent to those boneheads! Yeah Cheryl!!!

Very reasonably priced. The place has new management and they are so helpful and friendly. And they are bilingual which is great because my grandmother needed a place to store her stuff and she didnt trust just English speaking. Lol. Gloria is the name of the new manager i think. Shes hilarious and helpful. This isnt an A1 location, but its priced great and they keep an eye on the area from what i can tell. Im not sure whats up with the poor reviews, the management is very helpful.

Having just set up a unit, I was very pleased with the level of service. The facility is clean, access to carts is helpful, and the manager was very nice. He's the only one and does have to step out to help customers so you should be patient.

The office staff are always friendly and ready to help. But they got me good once! Someone broke in my locker and they made me pay for the damages and new lock when they charge me extra every month for insurance that should've covered that incident. It pays to read the fine print.

This is a very well secured storage facility with a manager and support staff who are friendly, helpfull and always have a smile for you. I would recommend this facility for short term as well as long term storage solutions.

Expensive.. some rude and nasty staff.. but clean.. security cameras. Your code sometimes doesn't work after 5p.. it's suppose to be accessible until 7p. Be careful getting stuck and stuck w an extra bill to come bail you out.

I came into this location to inquire about storage. While there I witnessed a lady named Cheryl who said she was the manager completely lose it on a tenant for parking in the wrong spot. There was no warning or anything just screaming and yelling and racial slurs. I find it hard to believe the owner of this company knows how this lady is running there property.
I have been in customer service a long time and this lady is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Someone should require her to take anger management.

"Manager" Cheryl became real irrate when trying to resolve a miscommunication for storage fees saying we were trying to scam her and kept yelling and screaming at us refused to listen and kicked us out the office then said other things as she locked the office door she needs to be FIRED i do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage unit

If I could give this zero stars I would. I just got done helping a freind move and everything was good until about a half hour into leading the truck the employee named Cheryl, who says she's a manager (which I don't believe), decided that she didn't like where the other employee told us to park in the first place. We kept loading because we were only half way done and Cheryl started going nuts. She yelled at us, flipped us off multiple times, and called us 1995'ers. This girl doesn't deserve a job anywhere on the face of this earth, so I don't know who in their right mind gave her one as a manager. My friends and I ended up just throwing everything in the truck because she came out every 10 minutes to continue to yell at us. We literally left that place as fast as we can to go into a walmart parking lot to finish loading. Trust me, this place isn't worth the cost savings because of her. Go somewhere else. I will also be filing a formal age discrimination complaint with the district attorney's office for her 1995'er comment (even though I was born in 1988).

First of all, this place should be called "Storage Drama". The lady which I figure by now is named Sheryl judging by other reviewers, is a very rude, impolite, uneducated, biggot who I would not doubt for a minute was under the influence of some type of illegal drug. Or In need of it. She will scream at a fly if it dares to breath. She falsely acused my family and I of using somebody else's code to get in. My family came all the way from Co. to help me and she threw them out when one of them called her out for her stupidity and lack business etiquette. So in other words I had to take out my stuff from the unit within a week of renting it. This place stinks like urine all over, it is dirty and filthy and needs urgent inspection.
Do yourself a favor and look for other options.
This is not a good place to do business with.
It is more of a problem than a solution.

This place is horrible! With horrendous customer service specially from crazy lady Sheryl who might be a possible drug addict. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I had a storage unit inside the building which was suppose to be cool. I went in one day to my unit and it was like a sauna inside the whole building, some of my things that I had stored where damaged because of it. I asked the staff why it was so hot and when it would be fixed, they said they would fix their cooling problem within 2-3 days. One week later I went to my unit again and it was the same. So I went and complained about it, turns out instead of getting an apology for their unfixed cooling system and lies, they where aggressive and rude about the situation. Crazy lady Sheryl was super aggressive and started rudely yelling at me during my complain. Afterwards I decided to vacate! This place has nothing good about it. It's a s**t hole! For anyone looking for a good place to store their belongings I recommend Garfield Storage on 16th st and Garfield.

When I first entered into an agreement there was a problem where the AC leaked onto my lock. They reimbursed me for every lock, but I had to go purchase a new lock every time after arguing with the new employees.
They have increased the price every 8 months and is now 150% of the original price. I do not visit often and do not see the need to increase my unit's price as the storage facility as a whole has gone down hill since I entered the agreement.
Now there is rat/mouse urine and defecation all over my stored items. Their response was that we did not purchase their insurance that they did not offer us because our agreement was before the Arizona law required them to.
This has lead me here, where I will post pictures of my stuff covered in excrement.

Disrespectful, Rude, lack of professionalism towards Customers. Cheryl is the worst manager I have dealt with in all of my 57 years of life. She approached me so aggressively and rude to inform me that a tenant complained about me I was changing my clothes in my van. All I did was put a T-shirt over my blouse so it wouldn't get dirty. I told her if I needed to change I would use the restroom 25 ft from my van. Omg Cheryl then began to be so Rude, Disrespectful, Degrading telling me I need to go to a shelter.. A SHELTER.. I have never been nor do I need to go to a Shelter. She said this is a business and kept repeating go to a shelter. I felt so uncomfortable humilated in her actions toward me i was very upset I got in my van to leave when I drove out the gate she came out out the office to shout at me (u just came here to use the bathroom and leave) I was so upset with how she talked to me I couldn't find myself to go up to my $80.00 a month unit and get what I needed after i had use the restroom Still n shock how I was being treated I got out of my van walked to the office to ask her name serval times in which she didn't give me instead she grabbed a business card n gave it to me n told me to get out of her office n locked the door while I stood outside the office door the whole time Again shouted at me to go to a shelter Cheryl lacks professionalism and customer service skills. She needs to work at a prison not at storage solutions where she comes out of the office so aggressively. I felt so uncomfortable humiliated when she approached me in that manner. I will be taking my property elsewhere and Will Not Recommend Storage Solutions to ANYONE.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE. I made the mistake of renting one here and when I gave them my card information to do automatic payments and they continued to "lose" my information. Long story short. I get a voice mail on a Sunday that says I have three hours to call back and make a payment or else they will auction my things. I called back the following day and spoke to Steve and he told me it was gone. He told me I was lying and hung up on me than ignored my calls when I attempted to call again. DO NOT RENT HERE.
