The kiosk only accepts card I was trying to make my payment 5 minutes after closing subsequently tried for 25 minutes to use the kiosk and it kept rejecting my card then placed a phone call to the 800 number with another 20 minutes and the young man kept arguing with me about how the kiosk doesn't take cash payments and he can't either since hes not at the physical location like I was completely oblivious to the fact that I was on the phone then if you need to upgrade to a bigger unit you have to wait until management at the location contacts you and tells you how the process works for that and it's been awhile I think almost 2 weeks other places are cheaper so I will be leaving

We tried to use this facility only to be held up for over 1 hour trying to complete paper work and payment at which time they insisted on cash payment only, after they had successfully charged my Credit card for the NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE. and REQUIRED INS. because they were unable to process additional CC payments, saying the system was denying the charge a truck rental deposit. What a joke, I know it was there systems that was screwing up, and not my CC. So I left and went down to Signal Butte Storage (U-Haul) where the customer service was excellent and had no problems using the same credit card, was out in less then 30 minutes had a truck and unit rented. I called to complain about my experience with the on-site manager and she said tough you should of had $150 cash, and that she nor the regional manager would refund any admin fees. They should have been more then willing to refund the admin fee for doing nothing more then wasting my time.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES So I went in asking about cost to rent a unit, was told there was a deal going on where I can get my storage unit for $35.99/month and the first month free. Great, I got it, moved in same day, finished up the day after. The next day, when I'm already moved in, they call me explaining they made a mistake and I need to either pay more a month for my current unit or move allll my stuff into a different unit. This is a mistake on your part and it makes for an awful customer experience when you won't honor a deal that you told a customer. Several calls have been made and I still haven't heard back from anyone. Do not take your business to this place, horrible customer service, dishonest business practices. Especially when the price difference is like $18 a month more that what i originally was told, I would not have agreed to this deal, and would not have moved all my stuff in. I hope someone returns my calls and tries to fix this, it shouldnt be hard to quote someone a correct rate, I feel deceived and disrespected.

Worst experience with a business I have ever had. I mailed a payment, but since it was received after and additional fee was applied to the account the manager refused to apply my payment because "it was less then what I owed". When I finally was able to get the payment applied it was put towards fees and notices rather then rent leaving my account still over due. I have called repeatedly just to get no call back or an "I'll look into it" to also have no response back.

So I saw the place in passing and decided to rent a storage unit here. Everything was completed at the self service kiosk. An email was sent to me with the rental agreement. I attempted to open it but it was password locked. I rented the unit on the 8th and now it is the 3rd of the following month. Part of the rental agreement was the first month free. I am now apparently 2 days late on my payment. Thanks for all the payment info central .so now I'm locked out of my unit unless I pay. So much for a free first month! I tried calling but was unable to speak to any of the customer service representatives. Terrible place! Don't rent from here. I'll be coming back tomorrow and closing this unit and requesting my money back.

Unbelievably unprofessional. This place employs the most heartless and borderline sociopathic people they can find. I'm just floored by how callous and cut throat their front desk is. On top of being the scum of the Earth, they're complete habitual liars. On top of being a bad business practice, telling a customer they have until noon to pay, only for the customer to show up at the deadline YOU gave them and be informed their possessions had been sold 2 hours prior is arguably the most evil practice I've seen in this industry. This business is unethical, ran by crooks, and should be THE LAST place you should entrust your valuables to. They WILL steal them from you to turn a quick buck. Shame on you, Central Storage - you're unequivocal garbage humans.

If you are going to rent from this place, get everything in writing and I mean everything. I pad for a pro rated rate because I got a unit on May 18th and at the time they had a promo going get the second month for free. So I paid $90 up front paid the pro rate and the month of June getting the month of July for free so I thought!!. When I was signing up I let the manager know that I would not need the unit after the July 11. So I asked when will I need to cancel my unit the manager said 1st of July so I would not get charge for the month of August. So I called in and canceled my unit jun 30th. I get a call this morning by a very rude manager of self storage, stating I own for the month of July and if I didn't pay today I would get charged a late fee, I was very confused I started asking questions about the contract and she was very annoyed at that and continued to interrupt me when I was trying to get answers. She was rude and very aggressive over the phone. I let her know that I paid for the month of jun and I should have got July for free. She said look at your contract. So I did sure enough she was right. What they told me vs what was on the contract did not mach up at all. Please don't make the mistake I did and think this nice old lady is going to treat you right and be honest with you she is a snake get everything in writing or don't go to this place at ALL.

I had no problem for about 2 years, except for the rate increase all the time. It went from $95 per month to $135 per month. Within the last 6 months I had about $4000 worth of theft and damage. There is no cameras in the RV storage area. I was told that upper management said it was not worth it. Tried contacting regional manager, left 4 messages and he was given urgent requests to contact me by the main office. No contact for a month. I found a new storage area.

I highly recommend you do NOT do business at this location. For the 2nd month in a row we are NOT able to get into our storage unit at no fault of our own. We have a credit card listed on file for automatic payments. Come to find out the Manager of the facility is in charge of running the payment herself! so last month on Dec 3rd I left 4 voicemails for a return call and still to this day have NOT heard from her. My husband had to walk in to the office to get acknowledged. All she said was oh I have to run the card myself. So we finally got access after he made her run the card right then and there. Now it's 6 days into January and I receive an email about my unit being late and a $20 late fee being added to my account!. I call corporate and all they do is refer me back to the manager at the site, but the location is closed Sunday and Monday's and won't open until 10:30am tomorrow!! So now they are losing our business money since we have items inside the unit that we need by 7am tomorrow morning so we can conduct our normal business day. Not to mention why am I paying full price on a unit that I've already gone a week with no access to? I would give this location zero starts if I could. I will be closing the account and taking my business somewhere else as soon as I can.
