This location treated my mother with so much care and compassion. She had to put her belongings into storage pretty quickly. They made sure that she got in right away and the place is so clean and well cared for. When it was time to removed her stuff she had prepaid for a few months and Cameron Dorris made sure to get her all checked out and have a check forwarded to her asap. She made sure to call me right away and ask me to put in an online review about this storage facility because they made her feel so welcome and a priority. Thank you Cameron and everyone else there for making her so happy.

Pretty decent so far. You can reserve, pay and get your gate code all online, even after the normal gate hours.They even have a kiosk to pay for rentals!

Great specials for new customers. Facility is secure, in good condition and clean. Customer service response time is lacking and needs improvement. You'll get better service if you go into the office at the location. Staff is very friendly.

I have been a customer since 2016. I thought it would be a great experience. For the most part it was. Expect a price increase in your unit every 6 months, so if this is a long term storage you are needing, I wouldn't go with Central Self Storage. I had asked to have my due date changed so that I would not be charged a late payment every month, but according to them, that's not possible. They would rather make money off of you, I mean, why not? I would have moved my stuff elsewhere, but unfortunately due to other issues, I wasn't able to. Just kinda dealt with it. The first price increase I was never notified. I had only received my bank statement to find out. Management said they sent something out, but I never received it. Funny, after that I received both mail and email notifications each time my price was increasing. It has finally come time for me to remove my items. I sent through an email making a request on the proper way to give a vacate notice. Never heard anything back. I continued to research and found it online. Filled out the forms and said I would receive something from the office confirming they'd received my notice to vacate. That definitely didn't happen. I then called the number and spoke with the call center, and they requested a manager to call me. Of course, again, that didn't happen. I finally received a letter from corporate reminding me that I said I would have my belongings out by April 18th, two weeks after I sent through my vacate notice. I called the call center again, and now I am waiting on the district manager to call me. You can never get in touch with the site directly. It's very frustrating and poor customer service. Sure, I could go in, but my work schedule doesn't permit that. So it is great if it is a short term lease and you never want to talk to anyone, but definitely don't go here with any large customer service expectations.

Do not use this facility. You will never be able to get a hold of them. Only their call center which have no contact other than email to the facility. In which the facility manager does not return your call. You must go in to speak to them. If your away then this is an issue. They like to play storage wars and sell of your stuff too to make a profit. Also you will get locked in the gate if you pass the time even by a few minutes. It happened to us on New Years and no one would answer the phone.

They start charging you 1 min after late payment and start charging lame bogus fees like liens, advertisement for locker sale, double lock, without even calling you to warn ya or at least be human. Then when you close out or get all your personal belongings and you tell them you are out they still keep charging your credit card. They just suck. Don't use this place/company. Never never go there

Horrible customer service trying to rent a unit and no one is here no signs saying that called in on kiosk and they say someone should be there and say they are calling a manager and having a manager call me multiple people waiting for service been here for over hour waiting for a manager later to find out they let them go or something called customer service number to complain they tell me just rent through kiosk no help still waiting for manager to call back

This company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Do NOT RENT HERE. I called on a Sunday morning to reserve a unit & spoke with a representative in their call center. It took over 30 minutes for the representative to complete my reservation. She didnt have a clue what to do. I should have stopped at this point & went to another company but the location was perfect for me so I reserved a unit anyways. They require a $20 deposit to hold the unit at the rate shown on their website. It was a Sunday & their office is closed Sundays but the rep explained that they have a self check-in machine/kiosk I would need to use to rent/access my unit. No problem so I load up my truck with the help from my family & friends & arrive at 11am. The machine/kiosk is broken. I call the customer service center & explain the problem & was advised too bad, we are sorry but your going to have to wait till tomorrow/Monday to move in. WHAT? Im here now, loaded with my helpers, I cant wait till Monday. Noway! I ask for a supervisor who called the property manager asking for help. The manager lives in an apartment over the office & was home but it was his day off. I could see him watching us. He refused to help us because it was his day off. I asked if I could transfer my $20 deposit they required for a reservation to another location near by but was advised no. If I didnt wait & rent on Monday at this location then I lose my deposit. They would not honor the same rate for a 10x20 unit on another property nor would they transfer my deposit. Unbelievable! They have the worst company policy I have ever heard of or had to deal with! The rep & manager I spoke with when the kiosk was broken were both very nice & tried to help me out but couldnt due to company policy. The manager at this site just is lazy & sucks! Their Company policy sucks! I lost my $20 deposit because I had to move that day/Sunday & couldnt wait till Monday. I couldnt postpone my move because their stupid machine was broken. Its not my fault the office was closed, machine broken & your manger is lazy. I should not be punished. They kept my $20 deposit which was wrong in every way. Unacceptable! I rented elsewhere. I advise you to do the same.

This place is a no for us! We have come to rent a unit two times now, and each time there has been no one working. We came at 10am and waited 15 minutes and no one was there. The door was locked, but the open sign was on. We came back today at 2pm, again the door was locked, the open sign was on, and there was a sign on the door saying the manager would not be back until 3:30! The hours posted online are 10am-6pm, but they cant even manage to have a worker there at 10:15am or 2:00pm. If they cant manage that, what else are they failing at?

WORST PLACE EVER! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Do not rent from this place whatever you do! They screwed us over BIG TIME. We went here 2 weeks in advance to get a storage unit because we were moving our things from Florida to Arizona. We specifically gave the property manager, Cameron Dorris, our exact date of when we needed the unit which was Monday, June 24th. He told us no problem. He also told us he was there every day, all the time. He drafted paperwork for us to sign that day and we paid money that day to secure a unit. We went over there on Monday as planned after driving 2 days from Florida and found they had put a lock on our unit. We could not get in. We were NEVER told they were going to put a lock on our unit and why would they do that without notifying us in advance? We waited for 2 hours in over 90 degree heat for Cameron to arrive at 10am when the office was supposed to open. He never showed up. We called the main phone number listed on the door and were told they would try to reach him and would call us back. So we waited. Nothing. We called back and we were told Cameron was out of state and his assistant that was supposed to be there had called out sick. They told us they would try to reach someone to drive over and take the lock off and would call us back. We waited another 2 hours. No calls from anyone. By now we are stuck because we have to get our stuff out of the U-Haul truck and return it or pay another day for the truck. So we had to drive to several places looking for another storage unit. We waited until almost 5pm to hear from Central Self Storage and NOBODY EVER CALLED US BACK. At one point we spoke to a woman named Sonya who identified herself as a supervisor. She never followed up with us and never called us back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Or rather ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We will NEVER go back here and all I can say is STAY AWAY. They did not care one bit about the hassle and inconvenience they put us through.

Storage was broken into and they did nothing not even Give me a extra month oh they gave me a new lock and then sent me a letter tell me that i had to move out. Plus I was supposed to get a extra month when I payed for a month and didn't get that month either. When I went up there they took the lock and never replaced mine. This place is a joke. DON'T PUT YOUR STUFF AT CENTRAL SELF STORAGE IT MIGHT JUST COME UP MISSING.

UPDATE!!!!!!!! Untrustworthy and unethical business practices. Be wary! I always paid on time and followed the community's rules. I received a letter in the mail that stated I was to provide a business license in order to maintain 24 hour access to my storage unit and belongings. I thought that strange, as there was no mention of this in my lease. I planned on contacting the office the following day in order to remedy the situation. The next day I received an additional letter stating my lease was terminated and had until the 5th to remove my belongings!!!! Huh?!!!! Well I continually tried to reach the office via phone and email. No luck. I began removal of my items on the 1st, as I was just fed up with lack of anyone or anyway to get a response or explanation. On the 3rd I returned with a truck and a friend for the few large items I had left. They locked me out! I had, in writing, the 5th. Now I'm going to spare all the details on the excruciating, drawn out, illegal and almost unbelievable battle I had to get my things back. They gave me the run around, lied, and never apologized. In the end I had to threaten them with legal action and Glendale P.D. to get my belongings . Stay away! Ax. Pretty decent so far. You can reserve, pay and get your gate code all online, even after the normal gate hours.They even have a kiosk to pay for rentals!

STUFF WAS STOLEN FROM OUR STORAGE UNIT!!!! And the police think it was someone very someone very comfortable with the facility because they picked the lock and took the time to go through our boxes to see what they wanted. Their security is lacking. And there was never anyone in the office during the listed open times. Protect yourself and stay away (I have never written a review before, which should tell you how bad it is)
