Great specials for new customers. Facility is secure, in good condition and clean. Customer service response time is lacking and needs improvement. You'll get better service if you go into the office at the location. Staff is very friendly.

I have been a customer since 2016. I thought it would be a great experience. For the most part it was. Expect a price increase in your unit every 6 months, so if this is a long term storage you are needing, I wouldn't go with Central Self Storage. I had asked to have my due date changed so that I would not be charged a late payment every month, but according to them, that's not possible. They would rather make money off of you, I mean, why not? I would have moved my stuff elsewhere, but unfortunately due to other issues, I wasn't able to. Just kinda dealt with it. The first price increase I was never notified. I had only received my bank statement to find out. Management said they sent something out, but I never received it. Funny, after that I received both mail and email notifications each time my price was increasing. It has finally come time for me to remove my items. I sent through an email making a request on the proper way to give a vacate notice. Never heard anything back. I continued to research and found it online. Filled out the forms and said I would receive something from the office confirming they'd received my notice to vacate. That definitely didn't happen. I then called the number and spoke with the call center, and they requested a manager to call me. Of course, again, that didn't happen. I finally received a letter from corporate reminding me that I said I would have my belongings out by April 18th, two weeks after I sent through my vacate notice. I called the call center again, and now I am waiting on the district manager to call me. You can never get in touch with the site directly. It's very frustrating and poor customer service. Sure, I could go in, but my work schedule doesn't permit that. So it is great if it is a short term lease and you never want to talk to anyone, but definitely don't go here with any large customer service expectations.

Do not use this facility. You will never be able to get a hold of them. Only their call center which have no contact other than email to the facility. In which the facility manager does not return your call. You must go in to speak to them. If your away then this is an issue. They like to play storage wars and sell of your stuff too to make a profit. Also you will get locked in the gate if you pass the time even by a few minutes. It happened to us on New Years and no one would answer the phone.
